# xmlcal

xmlcal loads calibration data from standard calibration files like [MFS06E0727.txt](../programmers_notes/programmers_notes.md#calibration-file) or from a measdoc file such as "513_2019-10-01_05-51-13_2019-10-01_18-59-59_R001_8H.xml"
which contains the calibration data which has been read out fro the by the ADU.  
ONLY the XML contains the *real and actually used* calibration data. The "\*txt" calibration may be an old one or a re-calibrated one.

xmlcal can export data into various formats.
